It sounds more like you have a vacume leak. Take your intak elbow off and cover your throttle body with your hand and if the engine stays on it has a leak if it dies your good.
Thanks
If it dies there's no vacume leak.
Than take off your current iacv and bench test it. If you have a mukti meter you can oh out the solenoid annd check the resistance it should be about 7_12 ohms.
And clean the screen if its clogged

Okay I tried ur test out and damn that **** sucks hard it drop down to where it sounded like it was gona die but ur didn't I left my palm there for like 2-3 seconds and it still stayed on so I i guess I have a vaccume leak somewhere???.....so why is it that my car is good in cold start but when driving constantly it jerks and also when I put on neutral my idle jumps like crazy also my check light goes on when it wants to
When ur motors cold the iacv is open longer. Meaning a higher idle. As it warms up your idle drops but can't stay low because of your leak. Cover it again get a spray bottle with soapy water and try and listen for the leak. U can usually hear thee motor draw air in from the leak.

should be an easy task for u, vacum leaks arnt that bad. at least you have found the problem just need to fix it. anything have to do with the intake manifold lines and gaskets are the first thing u should look into
Your iacv has an o ring on it. That. Might be broken. Is the water going in from the solenoid? The round black thing with the connector attached to it? There's 2 10 mm bolts holding it to the manifold remove those and inspect it.
Hey my dx had the same problem. Remove the eacv.(under the throttle body next to the opening). Take it apart and clean the carbon. O rings ave probably cracked, use standard o rings found in a universal kit, adjust it to the same amount of turns, presto! The test for the eacv by the way is take the snorkel off of the throttle body, cover the two holes inside if the idle gets stable, thats the problem.
Good luck
Good luck
^^ what your talking about is a FITV.
The water is coming from the crack that connects to the intake
I donnt know what this means. Have you take apart your iacv yet? Please ddont try and skip around to diffrent things if that where your engine is drawing in air than take it apart and inspect. You have to get your hands a little dirty

Ok c how the iac goes when u put it on the intake and how it has the outlining of the part the seam where the iac meets the intake on the aluminum area It's drinking the water from there
