coilover set up or spring set up?
coilover
adjustable ride height and cross weight you can custom order the spring rates you want ... you can have a really bad setup or a really really good setup
springs stuck with what ever ride hieght you get.... no cornerweighting no messing with it either (which mean you can't screw it up (no pun intended) you get a decent setup every time

if you are going for more performance, get coil overs, you will sacrifice the better ride, but coil overs wont "sink" of the line when you launch......springs have a tendancy to sink off the line which in turn equals a loss of horespower......the same thing when shifting, the stiffer the suspension the less the car will sink and the more horsepower you will get to the wheels
