Default Code 91 on an OBDII (96-97 GSR) ECU

Been havin this for a long while and would like to fix it before I get to dyno my car. I think it's like fuel pressure circuit or something. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem please. I've had this code for a long time & really need to get rid of it.
Everytime I reset the ecu, it'll go away for awhile and just come back on after the 3rd or 4th time driving it.

Fuel tank pressure sensor.
Make sure your evap is hooked up and your gas cap is tight.
Shouldnt cause any performance problems.

Thanks for the input sgT, but I checked those two things and there fine. Any other ideas?
Another thing is that I heard this code shouldn't even exist w/ this obd2 ecu!?

I had the same prob after I installed a FPR. I reset the ecu, Now I have to turn the key to the first position (accessory) and "prime the fuel pump" (wait until the check engine light goes off) then crank the car. No codes anymore. This is better for the car anyway.
