Default Code 9 help

I am on my 5th new distributor, I have run all new wires, and tested 2 different ecu's. Both dont throw the code in my buddies car

I have a b16a2 in my 95 hatch so I am running a distributor from a 95 integra gsr

I have followed many troubleshooting guides testing for short to grounds and condinuity through the sensor and all so the wiring is fine.

Is it really just another bad CYP sensor? Im getting the code at all times, after i reset the ecu, after i crank it the code pops up after like 5 seconds of the car running

Im getting the code as soon as i install a new dizzy's, is there anyway to tell if the sensor its self is bad?

If anyone has anyhelp please let me know

I have run all new wires so theres not a break in the wire. The only thing i can think of is trying an unchipped ecu and maybe an actual Honda dizzy b/c the ones i have been using are from autozone and from Napa. Or unless the timing could cause this b/c my timing is off like 1/2 tooth on the exhaust cam b/c of an aftermarket timing belt. But I dont think this could be the problem due to the sensor being inside the dizzy is OBD1

You either have a bad dizzy, ecm, or your connections are flawed. Just noticed we live in same area. I am available for all import repair and performance work at reasonable fees. even take trade. Let me know.

Well I just replaced the distributor again, this time with a OEM distributor from the honda dealership. And no luck.

I also tried 3 new ecu's borrowed a friends out of his prelude my brothers p28 a friends spare p28 all known good ecu's and i get the code 9 with all of them.

Now for the wiring we have replaced it and ran ohm/ condinuity checks on it and it all comes within specs

I really lost

KWay where are u located in Jackson?
