Default code 7 on ecu

i did a swap into a 1993 civic ex coupe, jdm b16 sir2 and i installed the factory jdm computer and got a code for tps then i changed it and got another code 7 again ,

with a chipped p28 i still get a code 7 i changed the tps three other times and nothing

i have 5 volts on the two outside wires and when i probe the middle wire i get a reading of .033 volts has anyone ever had this problem before can you help thanks

The middle wire should read .5 volts at idle and 4.5 volts at wide open throttle. You shouldn't need to worry about the other two wires.
