Default code 6

Ok here is the problem. My check engine light came on so i pulled the code and it was code 6, so i went and bought a brand new sensor and its still giving off the same code. Is it in my wiring or is it my ECU. I have a 97 Integra with ls/vtec, and i am running a JUN chipped p28 and a obd-2 to obd-1 jumper pack. Can anybody help me.

well try a different ecu one that you know works and go from there. it could also be your conversion harness is pinned wrong or a loose wire maybe even a shorted out wire?
