code 6 and 14 sensors gone bad?
i did my wiretuck and my friend helping me labeled 2 plugs wrong, so of course when i i put everything back together it got all fucked up, well i finally relized the 2 plugs were crossed (didnt think they could have been since they are so far apart from each other, but my question is having the wrong plugs in those 2 sensors, could it have made the sensors burn up by putting out the wrong resistance?
when i had them swapped as soon as i turned my car on the CEL would come on....but now i have them in the right place, it runs for a second then they turn on...and at about 1200 rpm my car does the whole "wa wa wa wa" thing that usually happens when people accidently swap the PS plug and the IACV plug...and it is still throwing cel 6....any thoughts suggestions or ideas?
