Code 43 wont go away!

Code 43 wont go away!
I have a 95 ej with a obd2 gsr swap. Code 43 has been coming on for about two months now, cant get ride of it. I changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, msd wires, cap, external coil, and the cat. I am using the obd2 gsr ecu. please any suggetions
