Default code 43, what could cause it?

Like the topic says, what can cause the ECU to throw code 43? I have an obd0 motor BTW.

Im thinking it might be a bad injector or cloggged fuel filter, but I am almost sure its not my MAP sensor. Also, I have a bad o2 sensor, would that trigger #43 to be thrown also? The car runs preety damn rich, and idles anywhere between 1200-1800, sometimes 2000rpm.
