Sorry for the typo on the title. It's actually CODE 15 (ignition output signal)

I have this code which IDs as - Ignition output signal. I noticed that when i drive my 95 honda civic EX automatic. It will sometimes die and when i start it, it just wont run.

But after leaving it a few minutes it will start again. Does the IOS have something to with this?
