Icon2 code 22 vtec pressure switch

so i rebuild my motor and i put everything back together and now I am geting a check engine light and code 22. when the light is on the vtec doesnt work but the light doesnt alway come on right away and when it doesnt the vtec works fine. is the pressure switch bad or is a wiring issue. before i tore the motor apart everything worked fine.

could be wiring or the pressure switch itself, or oil pressure... i'd check the wiring first, as it is quite a bit cheaper then a new switch. but it could be either really..
