Low oil is one symptom, check your oil. If you have plenty of oil, make sure you have continuity from one terminal to the other, and make sure your wires in the plug are ok( one is hot, other is ground).
good luck,
Jared

I changed my oil after I recieved the code and it still pops up. I dont want to reset the ECU, because the motor still is acting hesistant. What happens is the VTEC is supposed to kick in at about 3300 rpm (from what I understand), and the short runners are supposed to open up with full throttle at about 4500. The short runners are not opening up until about 5500 and the VTEC is still normal.
I was asking about the solenoid and the pressure switch to pinpoint just what i need to replace.

the car is a 95 GSR

Actually on a '95 GSR, VTEC activates at 4400 and the secondaries open at approximately 5500.
later,

I just had the same problem in my accord. My local Honda mechanic said to clean out the the VTECH pressure oil valve. It was pretty simple and worked. Also my friend road races his Lude and in tight corners where the oil shifts to one side he loses his oil pressure to VTECH and it will hesitate until the oil moves back into the center of the pan, so make sure that your oil is at the right level.

If it not being low on oil, do you have a Apex- i V-AFC ? If, so make sure that the VTM wire is connected.
