so heres the issue, i just picked up a 92 integra with a jdm b18c stock aside from skunk2 IM and blox TB. ive been able to get the cel to go away a couple times but still would not crack vtec( atleast it didnt sound like it).

things ive checked and are good
-oil level is good
-ive checked screen and tryed two different solenoids as well
-jumped the spool solenoid and it clicks
-switched ecus
-check all connections on sub harness and ecu ,also tryed just running a new wire to the ecu to ensure a connection

everytime i just turn the car to ACC the code throws immediately even when i reset the ecu it comes back without even starting the car.i know all points lead to wiring but i just dont see where. HelP
