Default code 20 electronic load detector?????

I just swapped a b18a into my 91 civic , I had it running last night with no codes
tonite I installed my cv shafts and put oil in the tranny, then tried to start it
nothing just a click at some relay and a code 20 also the oil light stays on after the key is turned off
anybody got any idea or suggestions I'm all ears

The ELD is built into the under-hood fusebox. Maybe you gotta get a fusebox with one?

That should not be related to the other problems - starter not cranking & oil light staying on. Check all your wiring...
