Alright so today i threw a code 8 on my 97 prelude.
Went to check the oil, the dipstick didn't even get wet.
So low on oil, threw a code, and before all of this,
sometimes when I tried to start my car, I woud put it in position (III)
where the car is supposed to start, and nothing would happen for about 5 seconds. and suddenly the car would start. And other times the car would start fine.
What is going on. someone help me please.

 

have you had the ignition switch recall done? Thay may be your starting problem.

 

my car still starts fine.
There was an ignition switch recall?
And PS, it only started to do this when I put regular in it one time.
Now all my oil is gone and I blew a code.
What do you guys think it is?
Expensive fix?
