CODE 2 on a PR3??? anyone know why

i have put a first gen b16a into a 87 crx, now the car is spitting a code 2. i cannot find the explanation anywhere. WHAT IS A CODE 2? any ideas?

Code 2
Oxygen Sensor "B"
defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

Does it have 2 o2 sensors?
