code 14 - IAC Valve (Idle Air Control) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

are you having a irratic idle like it goes up and down? Take the IAC off and clean it with brake cleaner and let it drive out, then just plug it in and reset your ECU. that should correct your problem

</TD></TR></TABLE>could be that ur wiring to the iacv or ecm is not properly connected (has an open).
