Default Code 10, help will be greatly appreciated!!

I just dropped in my C5 block along with JDM ITR tranny into my GSR this weekend and I'm getting CEL code 10. The head came off my other block that was currently in the car. It didn't have any CEL's before we swapped the bottom ends.
Can someone help me out, or point somethings for me to check out, thanks.

On my '95, code 10 is intake air temperature sensor (& its circuit).

Could be:
-intake air
-temperature circuit
-low input

probable cause:
-open or short in IAT sensor circuit
-IAT sensor
-ECM
