Default clutch vibration

For the past week i have noticed that for the first 20 mins or so (until the car is totally warmed up) when i let the clutch out in my car it seems to shake (violently if i let it out slow with normal amount of RPM's) until it is let out all the way and i start to accelerate. It only happens in starting out in 1st gear. Once the car is warmed up after 20 mins or so it really doesn't happen. If i let the clutch out slowly and over rev the car (say to 3k) it won't do it. Any ideas on what could be wrong here?

I thought about bleeding the clutch and flushing the fluid and what not. Thanks

Oh yeah the car is a 2000 Integra Type R

Mike

edit: i figured out the problem.
