Default Clutch, Tranny ???????

I'm having a problem with my car it is a ls/vtec swap in a crx. my tranny is lsd b16 cable. and something is eating my throw out bearing. i cant put in gears it grinds then when i shut the car off and put in gear and then start it, it will grind. When i pull the tranny down the bearing is all chewed up.. Please any info and help would be apperciated thanks.

make sure that you have the dowel pins installed on your transmission/engine mating surface, also check to see if your clutch release fork is not bent. If the fork is bent it will cause a bind in the motion during clutch release and it will not ride straight. That issue will also cause hotspots and excessive wear of the clutch.

I pretty much summed it up man, aside from a faulty bearing, there is really not much else that could be at fault.
