I guys this is my first thread on this site and the first time ever about honda.Ok now I dont know anything about the F22 motor series and my friend just got one F22 B for 300$.So

1:where can i get performance parts for this motor
2:what kind of power output should I expect from a N/A setup
3:what type of head can i use with it
4:Due to the fact that i dont know anything about honda(im a chevy guy) can you give some suggestions

It won't make tons of power, there's not a huge aftermarket support for your motor, and the H22 head will fit, but not perfectly.
