Default Clutch slippage

Okay I was reading on new clutches for my LS and it talks about one possible cause for clutch slippage being incorrect gear ratio to tire diameter. I imagine they mean with aftermarket oversized wheels but could someone explain this to me?

Um.......that would only be if the tires are too damn big and the gears are too damn tall and the clutch wasn't strong enough to move the car........all honda/acura clutches are strong enough to handle the gear/tire combo's that fit on our applications.
