Default clutch question

i have a 95 honda passport 3.2L . My throwout bearing is stuck in the pressure plate. I was wondering if it is possible to take the throwout bearing from the pressure plate without damaging it.

Default Re: clutch question (saad180)

I've never seen a TOB get stuck to a pressure plate, but, it would seem that if this occured the pressure plate would be damaged and would need replaced also.

But, as far as just getting it off I don't see what it couldn't be removed without taking the pressure plate off.
