possibly the throw out bearing. or the TOB spring

i had the same problem sept mine did it in reverse and 1st . i would have to pull forward to put it into rev... or go in reverse to put it into 1st. but i put a new clutch kit in my car last week and havent had the prblem since...i also changed tran fluid when i changed the clutch..... good luck

Hi I am having problems with my clutch. My friend was driving my 1997 Prelude and he shifted from 3rd to 4th then the rpms shot up. My clutch was stuck to the floor. I am wondering if anyone could give some advice on whats wrong.
