Default Clutch Problem Need Help!!!

My friend has a 95 Accord and he has no pressure at all in his clutch. We have replaced the clutch master cylinder and also the slave cylinder and also bled the system many times and it still wont build any pressure. We tested the master cylinder before putting it in and it worked fine. We are kinda stumped, does any one have any suggestions. Thanks

Have you change your clutch? Your clutch disk is out.
