Default clutch problem

I just replaced my tranmission on my civic ex and I re-used my clutch. I had just replaced it a year ago and it still looked fine. Now when I gas it all the way the rpm's go whay up as though the clutch is sliping but acts fine under normal driving. could this be something other than the clutch? I really dont feel like pulling the trany back out so are there any other possibilities?
