ok, i just replaced my clutch, slave cylinder and master cylinder. The system has been bled out atleast 6 times so far. The clutch wouldnt engage while the motor was on, i'd get a scratching sound when i wud push the clutch pedal in. I then turned the master cylinder rod on the pedal clock wise inward. I kept trying it untill the scratching sound went away. Now with the adjusting **** half way down the cylinder rod the scratch noise goes away and it can go into gear.
The bad part is the when i let off the clutch to give it gas, i hear a slight scratching noise. I'm starting to wonder if the master cylinder is defective or wrong size for the car and motor. its in a 93 civic with civic master cylinder and B18C1 engine.
