well its hard to tell how bad of a dent it is. the question is, was this originally on the car, you pulled the tranny and saw this? or is this a used part that could have allways been this way. Either way if it was driving fine, then it should be ok as it would be just cosmetic.
well i pulled the tranny and saw this but i busted my transfer case so im not sure. would would cause an indentaion there?
broke it while removing it or while driving. if it was while driving, you can bet the dent is from whatever broke off. if it broke while driving, was the clutch still operating afterwards? if so, then the dent wont hurt you....but find the broken piece of your case
it broke while driving luckily in my driveway so i did find the piece
and my clutchwas still working so hopefully im good to go! oh and i ordered a ctr tranny so ill probably get rid of my b16 trans. thanx for your help! oh and how did u get the pic to work?

if everything seemed to be ok, i wouldnt think twice about it, its just a ding.
Well, i looked at the links you tried to post and in a round about way found the pic. the way to post them is to get the url of the picture. you can right click a picture and choose properties, the 'address' is what you need to copy and put between the [img][/img] brackets
