Default Clutch Issue

Hey whats up guys...I have a turbo D with a LSD Motorsports clutch and stock D16Y8 tranny.

Today when i was driving everything was normal. Then i stopped at a light then when i went to take off, my clutch was SUUUPPEERR STIFF and released right at the top with a light bite! Its like i had to ride it.

So i pulled over and there are no leaks on the master and slave cylinder, also the fluid is full.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this could be?

Thanks
