Clutch/flywheel combo
When does one have to balance a clutch/flywheel combination
every time you put a new one in or only when your trying to use a flywheel not designated for your particular engine?
I'm trying to decide whether to get a combo and trying to find out whether I should have it "balanced". What exactly "balanced" means i donÂ’t know, but i read that people recommend doing that before and install.
Any thoughts?

If the flywheel is made for the car it shouldn't have to be balanced(unless you are getting it lightened), but it should be resurfaced when replacing the clutch.
clutchcityonline.com has some good deals..im gonna get the exedy stage1(full-faced organic)for my b16,exedy is good they are oem/performance so you know they are balanced..good luck
