Default Clutch engagement issue...

i have an issue with the clutch engagement. it is very hard to put the car into gear with the pedal fully depressed (the car starts to roll at times). the engagement point is when the pedal is fully depressed. slave cylinder is bled well and is fairly new. new throughout bearing, etc. it has been doing it since i got the new transmissionand RPS clutch kit (clutchmasters aluminum flywheel with a newer friction surface). clutch fork looked ok when installed. it was kinda hard to put the pressure plate on the flywheel (as i had to almost force it on). let me know your thoughts. it is pissing me off. thanks, any help is greatly appreciated.

anyone, anything? i am thinking since i have had a few heavy clutches, etc. that the master cylinder is about shot (stock one with 130k). also a new slave cylinder wouldnt hurt...anyone have 2 cents about the omni-power clutch master cylinder? thanks
