clutch does come back up after flywheel install

i just finish installing my tranny back on but when i press on the clutch now it just stays down and doesnt come back up. anyone know whatz going on.
also this is a 94 gsr hydro tranny.

Bleed the clutch and check to be sure that the slave cylinder is installed properly.
