Clutch Break in pp or disk?
When "breaking in" a clutch you'll be 'bedding in' the surfaces of the driven plate (typically organic or sintered metal friction material) to the metal friction faces of the pressure plate and the flywheel. 'Bedding in' these surfaces should happen quite quickly, I'd just drive the car normally for a day or so before contemplating any more 'heavy duty' usage.
