Default Clutch adjustment or more?

My 1998 EX makes a bit of a squeeking/chirping sound when the clutch is not pressed in. If you just barely touch the pedal it goes away. When you start driving, you can hear it, too. It's not super loud, but it's audible enough to bug me!

Is this an adjustment I can make, or is it the throw out bearing going (or something related)? I was told a TO bearing is more of a grinding sound...any help?

There is also a pilot bearing. Its in the flywheel for the tip of the input shaft. They can go bad too.
