cluster help my speed at zero

Default cluster help my speed at zero

well in the cluster where it says your speed move the needle stays at zero this happened after my ecu got messed up and my car went into limp mode and my civic wouldnt go pass 3500 rpm so i bought another ecu pr4 obd1 and it worked i just gotta reprogram it but the needle is still at zero as im driving i bought a new speed sensor because obviously i thought it was that i tested it and nutin so im basically stuck idk what it is that could be causing that..help guys

Have you. Put a multmeter on the wiring.
There should be 12v to one wire
Aa ground to the blk wire
And with the car jacked up spin the tire and measure the voltage on the last wire.
I can't remember the colors and since you gave barley any description of the year and harness you have I couldn't tell you.
