How loud a clunk? does it happen only in hard driving, or also in normal around town stuff?

the only "clunk" i know of can come from a missing or loose U joint.

We don't have U joints, only CV axles... could also be a motor mount that is broken or loose and the engine is rocking around and hitting stuff under hard launches.

this is normal daily driving. it probably happens when i launch, but it's not loud enough to hear. it worse when i'm starting in first, and let out the clutch quickly while justing giving it a little gas. i can keep it from making the noise if is slip the clutch more.
