Default Cleaning rods/pistons?

i'm about to put a 90 b18a1 in my 90 crx Si but i'm a little concerned with the B. it has over 200,000 miles on it and i'm wanting to do 50-70 shot of nitrous. can a machine shop do anything to the bottem end like cleaning the internals in some way to try and make them last longer? if so, do you guys think it should get it done or do you think the motor will stand up to the abuse of drag racing and nitrous? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
