guys, what's the proper way to clean the IACV?

do i just spray the two holes with carb cleaner or do i soaked the whole IACV in carb cleaner or solvent?

can i use WD-40 to clean it or should it be carb cleaner or is there any other materials out there that i can use?

carb cleaner

 

carb cleaner or intake cleaner, make sure you get that carbon out of there, you can also try using a little brush with the carb cleaner.

 

so what's the proper way? just brush it? can it be disassembled so i could brush the inside? or will spraying carb cleaner enough?
