Civic VX electrical issue

Civic VX electrical issue
My 92 VX hatch is messed up right now. Car is pretty much stock. Here's what is going with it...
When I start the car, none of the gauges, turn signals or clock work but the car starts right up and the radio comes right on. I looked to see if there were any fuses to check but have no idea what to look for. Any help is appreciated.
