Default civic swap

i have a 99 civic four door ex. i am planning on doing a b18c1 swap to it. the motor is 97 so it's OBD2A. imma use my 99 harness which is OBD2B. my question is will the disturb. fit?

No, as long as you use an OBD2B ECU, the 96-98 and 99-00 harnesses are nearly identical in construction, the difference is the plugs for the ECU.
