Civic speedomter Help
Hello Help my 1995 civc driving on the the thurway at 60 mph .. it stops and then started up again .. what would cause this prob ... my email is HUGHNEWS1@AOL.COM can you help ? the '95 has 163000 on now .. rust never sleeps thanks
