Default Civic eg H22A

Hi,
i have a civic eg with a jdm h22a swap in it.
the problem its this, the rev limiter (fuel cut) its at 6500 rpm vtec works, im running a p13 ecu i looked the computer and it says p13 J-a/t i supossed that stands for an automatic transmission could that be the problem? in other post i read that somtimes its the vtec switch or the screen solenoid.
any help its welcome

Ive ran into that problem with stock computers, however, i tuned them on a modified p28 ecu and it went away forever.

Agreed upgrade to p28
