Default H22A + P30 problems

I'm not sure if this is the correct section for my problem. Either way...
I'm trying to get P30 to work with H22A, but I find it very difficult for some reason. P30 ECU I have was factory chipped before I resoldered capacitors, HC373 chip and added a socket instead of factory EPROM. I checked continuity on every pin both in the socket and HC373 to take out bad chipping factor. I'm using this with Ostrich 2 emulator. I tried writing a few bins into Ostrich (using Crome, verification successful), but every time I get limp mode.
To take out the possibility of bad ECU, I tried it (used 203 bin from bin repository in the wiki) in my friends Civic with B16A, and there everything worked fine, so I assume that hardware works (limp mode when ostrich is plugged out, normal operation with ostrich).
When I put any of the H22A bin from Xenocrons repository (http://www.xenocron.com/bins/index.php? ... e/H-Series) I always get limp mode in my car. And no CEL at all. Also, the pump primes only for a half a second instead of two. No error codes though.
I tried to use 203 bin (the same I used for the civic), applied fuel multiplier to compensate engine size differences), and here I get partial success. It means, that sometimes (once per 5-10 times), I get normal prime and normal engine operation according to the given program (I changed rev limit couple of times to see if ECU really uses what I put there). All other times very short pump prime, and no CEL at all.
I wonder if P30 is plug&play into prelude, or some rewiring is needed?
I cant also understand the fact, that none of the H22 bins work, but modified B16A bin works, only rarely though...

I'm confused. Can someone point some directions I can take?

Default Re: H22A + P30 problems

Ok, apparently problem is solved. This was one of these small stupid things that you take for granted sometimes... The reason for such behavior was Ostrich's battery. At least I think so, because today when I used borrowed laptop to program it, it was powered from USB, and everything worked fine.
It seems dying battery was causing this mess. It can explain why system sometimes worked and sometimes not.

My advise if you run into any problem: first check simple things
