Whats up i have seen posts similar to this but non have anwser my question does anybody know or have a reputatable site that have all the cc's of the civics injectors? specially usdm d16s y7?? y8 ?? etc thanks in advance

Incorrect...

96-00 Y7 injectors are 195's....y8 injectors are 240's

Most are led to belive otherwise by what is printed and stated out there. However y7 and y8 injectors have different part numbers, but however can be interchanged (obviously). But if you run Y7 injectors with a Y8 ecu, and vice versa, you will get a fuel system out of range code.

 

wow. didnt know that, i thought most 92 + honda were 240's, except some preludes are 270's.

now that i think about it it makes sense when was it that they made that gay looking intake manifold on the d16y7 engines? 96-00 (obd II) hence the need to put in cheaper injectors (190 cc's) men! i never realised how much that engine could SUCK!!!!! before 96 didn't all intake manifolds look the same? i think so right? thats way they were all 240's

Hey thanks civic-4-ges sorry no i didn't read that one i guess this concludes my journey trhough finding this out LOL THEY ARE DIFFERENT thank you very much haha, any body has some injectors for sale anything but y7 (ofcourse)

i say 190cc for the y7, but same difference
