Has anyone seen those ECU chips on Ebay.. Whats your opinions on them...I think it's a scam. I dunno.

Nope not a scam, they're the same chips that would be running in a reprogrammed ECU, you just have to do the work of removing and soldering the new chip you purchased in yourself. As opposed to ordering a reprogrammed ECU from a chipper like Locash or Katman where they do the work.

you cant just pop in the chip, you have to add in some other things too. No, just a soldering iron won't cut it.

well the guy said he included some other stuff. what else do i need? Should i get just a chip? If not where are some places that i can send my ecu to be chipped?

Damn must be nice to be in Tampa!
