Default chipping the jdm p30-000

im looking for a place to put that 74hc chip and there is no where on the board to put it! anyone care to put in some input

It's directly to the right of the ROM chip.

ok i see it now thats way different then the one that came with my hondata....... where would i get that chip from? also where do i put the all the other resistors and the 4-pin connector for the interface box? i cant find the j12 either.... someone said its j4 but i cant find that either.... any more help would help alot

J1 is on the onderside of the PCB, and J4 is on the left side just below IC19.
