Check Engine Light is on, and SRS light is flashing

Check Engine Light is on, and SRS light is flashing

I have an EG with a gs-r swap. The C.E.L is on and the SRS light is constantly flashing, can anybody help diagnose the problem. The SRS light is flashing quickly and doesn't stop, while the C.E.L is staying on

did you happen to swap the seats? i have GSRs and i have the same problem for some reason
