Check Engine Light Question
Whats up guys, I was wondering something about the Engine light. I had my b16 swapped into my 95 civic (1st gen b16), and I did all the OBD0 - OBD1 conversion stuff so its all taken care of. Anyway, my question is this. If the check engine light comes on for a sec when I start my car, is that normal. And also, if for some reason the shop I got my swap done at was lazy, is there a way for my engine light to come on but not have my ECU connected to it? I have a chipped P28 to run a DOHC. Also, how do you check for codes, what is it that needs to be done to the ecu to see what codes it throws. The reason I as is cause IM having a problem with my car (https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=403309), but I don't get any codes, or I don't know how to spot/look for one.
