Default check engine light problem!!!

i have a b20z2 in my 96 hatchback..what i have are skunk 2 manifold, ls ecu and gsr tranny...my check engine lights been on all this time..the code im kicking are: 14, 41, and 54 anyone know how to fix those..its the electric air control, primary 02 sensor, and the crankshaft speed flacuation sensor???

please help..thanx

ummm....I got no clue with the 2 sensorone...check all ur wires....code 14 is the IAC....u probably forgot to to re pin it on the ecu...gotta move it from a14 to a12...nd the other ones just re chek ur wiring....do a search...I create thread a while ack about wiring up a ls motor and there are some good repones in there....good luck

Yea i really don't know why you would be throwin a code for ur prim O2, if you are gettin a code for that and you are using ur stock civic harness it probably has something to do with the O2 sensor itself. As for the crankshaft speed fluctuation sensor and the IAC do as On Point EK said, just check the wiring. The pin will have to be relocated for the IAC, be sure that u are movin the right wire cuz the retarded DX has the rotatary style 3 pin IAC instead of the linear style with 2 pins so you only really have to use 2 wires. The CSFS pins are in the same location wether it be a DX or an LS ECU so the problem probably lies within the wiring on the DX harness and the B20's CSFS harness. Good luck
