Wusup HT ? I've got a 2000 GSR and I'm having some issues with my check engine light. I've already replaced the o2 sensors, and catalytic converter, along with a new gas cap. But for some reason the damn light just keeps popping back on. When I took it to the shop to have it looked at, these were the only codes that came up, which is why I changed those parts only. My question is, what else could it possibly be ??? I kno whoever had the car before me beat on it pretty bad, it has 97k miles, but burns oil like a bitch. I can always smell it but I never see any signs of leaking underneath the car, which leads me to belive I need piston rings, valve seals, etc. Am I correct on that ?? I really need some info on this as I still need to get my inspection done before the 31st of this month. Could it be that the engine just really needs a fresh rebuild, or could it be that I'm leaking so much oil thats burning out the exhaust that my o2 sensors are no good again ???
